Refund policy

30-Day Free Returns

We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery. If you would like to return an item, email us at support@shuffleboss.com within 30 days of receiving it. Please include your order number and the item you wish to return.

We will provide return instructions and arrange a prepaid return shipping label or another return method at our expense. You will not have to pay for return shipping when you follow our instructions. Please do not send an item back before contacting us, as we need to arrange your free return.

Please send the item back within 14 days after telling us that you wish to return it.

Item Condition

You may inspect the item as you would in a store. Please return it with its accessories and, where possible, its original packaging.

If an item has been handled beyond what is necessary to check its nature, characteristics, and functioning, we may reduce the refund to reflect any loss in value, where permitted by applicable law. Your legal rights are not affected.

Refunds

We will refund you to your original payment method. We may wait until we receive the returned item or you provide proof that you have sent it back, whichever happens first.

For customers in the European Union, we will issue the refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you tell us you wish to withdraw from the purchase, subject to the condition above. Any standard delivery charge you paid for the order will also be refunded where required by law. Additional charges for a delivery option more expensive than standard delivery are not refundable unless required by law.

Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the refund in your account.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact support@shuffleboss.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will arrange a remedy in accordance with your legal rights. Return shipping for these items is also free.

European Union Right of Withdrawal

If your order is delivered in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the item, without giving a reason. Our 30-day return period gives you more time to request a return. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, email support@shuffleboss.com with a clear statement that you wish to cancel your purchase. You may use the model withdrawal form provided under applicable law, but you do not have to.
