Very thick, oversized, bent or damaged cards may not move through the shuffler smoothly.

Yes. PROMIX™ requires 4 AA batteries, which are not included.

For reliable performance, use four fresh batteries of the same type.

How do I use PROMIX™?

Divide the cards into two approximately equal stacks and place one stack in each side tray.

Press down on the front control tab, and the shuffled cards will collect in the center tray.

Is PROMIX™ noisy?

PROMIX™ produces a brief mechanical sound while shuffling, similar to other compact electric card shufflers.

Can I take PROMIX™ when travelling?

Yes. PROMIX™ is compact, lightweight and battery-powered, making it convenient for holidays, parties and game nights away from home.

We recommend removing the batteries before long-term storage or transportation.
