Are these remotes compatible with all card dealers?
No. These wireless remotes are exclusively designed for the ShuffleBoss Pro™. They utilize specific frequency and software integration that only works with our Pro series model. They will not function with standard shufflers or older versions.

How do I pair the wireless remotes with my ShuffleBoss Pro™?
Pairing is simple and ensures each player is synced to a specific position:

1. Enter the Main Menu on the digital display and select Remote Pairing.
2. On the remote, identify the Indicator Mark (top) and the Numerical Dial (bottom).
3. Turn the Numerical Dial to match your desired seat position (1–12).
4. Press the Button Area on the remote. The machine will display a confirmation once synced.

Can I add more remotes to my setup?
Yes! While the standard set includes a specific number of remotes, the ShuffleBoss Pro™ system can support up to 12 individual remotes simultaneously—one for each possible player position.

How do I call for a card during the game?
Once the game is in Drawing Mode, simply press your paired remote's button. The ShuffleBoss Pro™ will automatically rotate and deal a card directly to your position.
