Are these remotes compatible with other card dealers?

No. These wireless remotes are designed exclusively for ShuffleBoss MAX 6™ and are not compatible with other card shufflers or dealers.

How do I pair the wireless remotes?

Pairing is quick and simple:

1. Open the main menu on your ShuffleBoss MAX 6™ and select Remote Pairing.
2. Turn the numerical dial on the remote to the desired player position from 1 to 12.
3. Press the remote button.
4. The machine will confirm when the remote has been successfully paired.

Repeat these steps for each additional remote.

Can I connect more than four remotes?

Yes. Each set includes 4 wireless remotes, but ShuffleBoss MAX 6™ can support up to 12 remotes simultaneously—one for each possible player position.

You can combine multiple sets if you need remotes for more than four players.

How do players request cards using the remotes?

When ShuffleBoss MAX 6™ is operating in Drawing Mode, a player simply presses their paired remote.

The machine will automatically rotate to that player’s position and deal a card directly to them.

Does ShuffleBoss MAX 6™ work without the remotes?

Yes. The wireless remotes are completely optional, and ShuffleBoss MAX 6™ works fully without them.

The remotes simply give players the convenience of requesting cards directly from their seats.
